Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Yup, we sure do! Please read our policy below to see if you qualify for a refund, return or exchange.

We handle our returns on a customer by customer basis with the ultimate objective being to make our customers happy! We are proud to stand by our goods and services and want every customer to have a better than satisafctory experience with us.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We Offer A 30 Day Return Policy.

Requests for returns, refunds, and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. Requests must be emailed to mattemossshop@gmail.com and approved by our customer support team prior to being sent.

Merchandise may be approved if...

1. You need a change in size. We get it that sizing in stores these days can be different from place to place and we don't believe in punishing the customer because of that. If you ordered a size and the fit just wasn't quite right for you, contact our customer support team so we can take care of you.

2. The wrong item was sent to you. Unfortunately, mistakes sometimes happen. If by some off-chance an incorrect item was sent to you, contact our team. Upon approval of the return, they will then direct you to return the item to our warehouse with a note stating what item you ordered, and what item was shipped.

3. The item you received was damaged. We 100% stand by our goods and services and if an item came to you damaged, we will ensure you get taken care of. If an item comes to you damaged, feel free to keep it as no physical return of the product will be necessary. The only thing we will require is a picture sent to mattemossshop@gmail.com with your name and order number documenting the damage. One we have that from you and our team approves it, they'll send you another one ASAP at absolutely no charge to you.

If any of the above three fit your situation, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item to the email addree mattemossshop@gmail.com explaining your situation and we will work to get you taken care of ASAP. Our goal is to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our goods and services so we will do our best to make sure you experience with us is one of absolute ease to you.

Situations Where We Do Not Offer Refunds:

1. If the item(s) has been worn, washed or used.

2. If the item(s) has been altered in any way.

3. If the item(s) were Final Sale.

4. If the item(s) do not have their original tags.

5. If you "changed your mind". We do not offer returns in this instance because our items are made to order. We don't produce an item until a purchase is made. These are custom printed items made especially for your once you have ordered, therefore we are not able to process a return due to a change of mind.

6. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and receive an approval from our customer support team to refund, return or exchange your item(s).
